Behaviour, unchanged from today
Section buttonOpens that section's cards in the panel under the row and marks the button in the chosen colour. At most one section is open at a time.
Same button againCloses the panel. The button returns to teal, like the others.
Another buttonCloses the open one and opens the new one; the marker moves with it.
Panel headerNew: a dot in the same colour and the section name, so the panel and the button read as one thing. The panel's top edge carries the colour too.
Console / RecordUnchanged: the page you are on is the teal pill.

HoverUnchanged: a closed button lightens on hover; the open button keeps its marker colour.
In every option the open button also gets a short underline bar, and the panel under the row gets a matching top edge and a coloured dot next to the section name. Hover the closed buttons to see that hover stays as it is today.
